Problem

When connecting to the server, you may receive the following error:

"HTTP Error 403 - 403.4 Forbidden: SSL required"

Cause

This error occurs when the page you are trying to access is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Resolution

2 methods are available to solve this problem:

Method 1:

To view the page, you must enable SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) by typing "https://" instead of "http://" at the beginning of the address you are attempting to reach. The "s" in "https" specifies a secure site.

Method 2:

If a temporary or "dummy" website was created with the same setting as the production site, please ensure the temporary site is deleted after installation.
