HOW DO I RENEW A CERTIFICATE?

Renewing a certificate is necessary once the certificate is due to expire. Certificate renewal enables you to get a new certificate for the same domain.

The certificates that are due to expire during the next 90 days are displayed on the dashboard (you will also receive reminder e-mails from us).

To renew a certificate, you can either:
1 - Click on the tab Expiring Certificates on your dashboard, and click on the Renew button.

2- Go to "MySSL certificates" on the left menu, then click on Expiring. You will see the list of your certificates nearing their expiration.

Click on the button renew for the corresponding certificate, and follow the different steps to order.

Please generate your CSR with the exact same details as the initial order (except if your company details have changed since your initial order. In this case, you need to generate a new CSR).
